Return an item
You can return equipment we’ve sent you if it’s faulty and you’ve received a replacement, if you’ve upgraded your plan, changed your mind, or if you’re leaving us.
Just make sure you send it back to us within the below timescales:
Changed your mind – 14 days
Upgrading, leaving or faulty item – 30 days
Accessories – 14 days
If we’ve confirmed that you’re due a refund, we’ll aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving it.
